Founder & CEO

Destinie Phillips is the founder of YourDestiny Co., a Virginia Beach, VA native who packed up her dreams and moved to Tampa, FL to pursue the career she always knew she was meant for and she hasn't looked back since.

Destinie graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Media, and from day one, she has been putting that education to work. A content creator, podcaster, and business developer with real hands-on experience helping brands grow, she currently serves as a content creator and business developer at ShyftOff while also pouring her gifts into her local church monthly through production, photography, and videography.

She knows what it takes to make a brand look good, sound good, and get noticed — because she has been doing it for others for years. Whether you are just getting started or ready to take things to the next level, she is eager to learn your story and help you tell it in a way that stops people mid-scroll and turns them into loyal customers.
